Key Responsibilities

1. Reception Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, connecting clients to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and distribution.
  • Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as needed.

2. Administrative Support

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document preparation to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the team has the resources they need.

3. Sales Responsibilities
